Premium Design-Build Firm · Northeast India
Design-Build, Reimagined for Northeast India
Where thoughtful design meets uncompromising construction — under one roof, one team, one vision.
One Studio. Two Disciplines.
Zero compromises.
Most homeowners in Guwahati, Shillong, Imphal, and across Northeast India face the same frustration: hire a designer, then a separate contractor, then spend months mediating between the two.
House of Havendale was built to end that cycle. Our architects, interior designers, and construction team work from the same table, the same drawings, and the same accountability — from the first sketch to the final handover key.
For homeowners and businesses who want a home that reflects their taste and a build that reflects real craftsmanship, this is the only way we believe the process should work.
Built for the Northeast, Not Adapted to It
Generic firms bring templates. We bring context.
Northeast India presents a build environment unlike anywhere else in the country — high rainfall and humidity across Meghalaya and Assam, seismic considerations throughout the region, hill-terrain construction in Shillong and Kohima, and a rich craft heritage from Naga woodwork to Assamese bamboo artistry.
Every plan we draw and every material we specify accounts for this reality first, aesthetics second — because a beautiful space that doesn't hold up to a Northeast monsoon isn't a finished project.
